World Cup 2022: Tom Brady’s Super Bowl rings on display at World Cup in Qatar

The World Cup in Qatar will see hundreds of spectators flock to the country, and Tom Brady has provided those in attendance with an attraction to see when away from the event.

The seven-time Super Bowl champion will give his championship rings to a museum in the Asian country for display while the tournament is taking place.

“I gave them [the seven rings] to a friend of mine who sent them so they can enjoy them in a museum in Qatar,” he said on the ‘Let’s Go!’ podcast. “Fans and tourists will be able to enjoy them during the World Cup.

“They will be able to see what a Super Bowl ring of an American football champion looks like in Qatar.”

Championships rings in American sports are prized items, which are often carefully crafted and expensive. In Brady’s case they take on more importance, since no other player has more.

The 45-year-old quarterback won six of those rings with the New England Patriots and one with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2021.
