Antonio Brown‘s friends should be careful with what they share with him, because it can end up published on their social networks, as just happened to Damian Lillard, point guard for the Portland Trail Blazers.
And although the messages he posted are harmless, Brown often posts controversial messages on social media, usually directed at someone specific.
Recently, Brown caused a stir on social media first for the hints he sent to Tom Brady, his former teammate on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, by posting photos of him with TB12’s now ex-wife, Gisele Bndchen.
He then switched targets and targeted another QB, Aaron Rodgers of the Green Bay Packers, also with a hint that he didn’t appreciate Davante Adams, who left the Packers for the Las Vegas Raiders last offseason.
Now he exhibits his conversation with Lillard
In the messages he posted on his Instagram story, Brown was being “recruited” by Lillard to return to a former team, the Raiders. Before playing with Brady in New England and Tampa Bay, Brown was part of a scandal after signing with the Raiders, as he came in big and left the team without playing a single official game with them.
Lillard wrote: “Let’s do it…Go back to the nation, lol,” alluding to that time Brown signed with the Raiders. Antonio replied, “lol I messed that one up big…return comin famo.”
His departure from Raiders, because of his indiscipline
Brown doesn’t accept it, but in September 2019 the Raiders released him after he posted on Twitter a letter in which he was fined for missing workouts.
Brown expressed his displeasure on IG: “When your team want to hate but there’s no stopping me now devil is a lie. Everyone got to pay this year so we clear.” Not content with that, he posted a YouTube video of a private conversation he had with Raiders coach at the time, Jon Gruden.
